Scary movies or not!

I have never been a fan of scary movies, although I have seen a few. Most of the scary movies I've seen, I didn't know what kind of movies they were until I started watching them. Give me a good action movie with a good plot and I'm good to go. Or even a drama.

Not!  Only because over the last 20 years "scary" movies are not scary at all.  They all suck.  Blood and guts are not scary.  I love scary movies but not any recent ones.

I like a scary movie with a good plot and a twist.  Like the Secret Window. Never have been a fan of movies with a lot of graphic gore though.  Who needs that in their head?  Alfred Hitchcock did some great ones.

i always THINK i'm in the mood for a scary movie...
but then i usually silently arm-flapping, covering my face,
and closing one eye if it's really suspenseful!

so, yes... when i'm not watching them. NO when i am! haha.

I absolutely love scary movies. Best part is watching them with my girlfriend and watching how she reacts turns them into almost a comedy movie for me, haha. Cruel but fun.

I love scary movies. I love them even more when the writing is good and the suspense is what is focused on more than the gore.

I can't even watch the reruns of the Twilight Zone that are on TV late at night!  Scary is just not for me!

I like watching scary movies from sci-fi channel because the movies are not really scary. Sci-fi channel is more up to science movies.
