I like to paint my furniture. But I have to really be in the mood for it. And have a design in mind that I'm really excited about.

No not really but I would love to paint small things for arts and crafts type of stuff, but painting has never been for me. If it was to paint inside the house I would do that too.

I don't mind painting around the house, but when it comes to restoring wood furniture that is were I go crazy.  I restored 2 cabinets I found in my mother in-law's garage when she died.  They had several coats of paint. (which is a NO NO in my book)  After several days of removing paint I found out that one was made out of cherry and the other was made out of walnut.  My husband even loves the fact that I took the time to take all the paint off of them.

I have to be in the mood for painting, also.  I enjoy painting furniture when I am in the mood for it.

I don't mind painting which is a good thing because we have a lot of fencing to paint this year. Painting is something I can do to help. There are a lot of things that I'm not strong enough to help with in the yard. So I do do a lot of the painting.

This isn't something I enjoy doing usually. But I went crazy with an old piece of furniture I got from a second hand store recently, and painted it all kinds of different colors. That was a blast.

I don't perticulary like to paint but, I had to paint my basement about 9 mos ago and that was a job (6 rooms). At my age it took me about 3-4 weeks to complete, I would take time off in between. I had to do the top floor but, I called someone out because of the Ceilings being so high and no longer trust myself on a ladder.

I love painting! It's nice to re-do everything and make it clean and fresh. I don't like the idea of someone else doing it for me-- I'm very hands-on with home decorating. Though I don't think ANYONE likes prep or cleanup!

My husband love to paint, he do it in his spare time. He taught me how to do it and now i like it. We are painting relatives houses and friend in a lower price and at the same time we are enjoying it.
