Since I have an autism spectrum disorder, I really do not like sports in general.  The only sport I have even watched has been basketball and only when the
lakers are playing.  But lately, I have lost interest. Also, I like to watch hockey sometimes as long as it is on a digital tv.  Otherwise, I cannot follow the puck. The other sports I find very boring and if I decided to watch them, I would only watch the highlights.  Sorry, but that is just the way I am wired.  Also, I was a sports throwback in school, being very uncoordinated and so why would I be interested?

I like football, hockey, baseball, softball as a specatator, now. I used to pitch and played on several softball teams during the spring and fall. It kept me in shape. But I had to hang up my cleats after 44. It was just too much pain to go through for 1 game a week. The age virus got me. Go Rangers, Cowboys & Stars. I hope they sneak into the play-offs. Watched my first pro hockey game this year and was thrilled by the experience.

Volleyball! Great exercise, especially beach volleyball. I was on a team in HS. I had hardcore coaches and they made us do weight training, practice and beach training intensely. Double days were hell! Best shape of my life in HS! I want to get on a club team so I can get back to that (:
