changing my ISP next week - question.
« on: April 21, 2013, 03:06:44 pm »
On Tuesday, I'll be changing my internet service provider (moving up from DSL to cable).

Would this raise any red flags as far as the terms of service ???

Anyone ever had a problems when changing their ISP ?

No, you shouldn't have any trouble at all. Since I first joined FusionCash, I've moved residences three times and changed ISPs each time. I never had any issue. As long as you're on your own private, non-shared internet connection, you should be fine.

Thanks for the input.  I figured I would be okay, as long as I was the only person logging in from my new ISP (and as long as I no longer logged in from my old one).

Never hurts to double-check these things though.

That's good to know.  Never really gave it a lot of thought, but I may be changing in the near future and hoping for a smooth transition.

I think Fusion Cash understands that people that join aren't always going to be at the same location for as long as they are active on here.  As long as they don't get any concerns from you about not being able to log into your account I don't see why they would worry about a different ISP you are logging in from because they assume it is you.  It's also not your ISP they are worried about because plenty of people have the same ISP, it's your IP address they are mainly thinking about and your Internet connection through your ISP.  As an example, I have Time Warner Cable as an ISP and thousands of other people have them as an ISP but not my Internet connection or IP address.  They are mainly concerned about people sharing an Internet connection and logging in from different Fusion Cash accounts.  Let's just say you had a family of 7 people in your house sharing your Internet connection and they each joined fusion cash attempting to be your referrals then you would have to be concerned.  That's the only time I could see them being concerned but if it's just one person from one Internet connection there's nothing to worry about.

I changed internet providers when I moved 2 years ago. No problems. I switched back to my original service last year and no problems.
