I love to walk.  And when I do, I try to put a little extra into it to make it more of a workout.

Yes, I recently started walking for exercise.
I started very slowly only 10 minutes.
Today I walked an hour and a half.
Very proud of myself for sticking with this walking program.

I walk mostly for exercise, as my cardiologist wants me to walk every day for at least a mile.  I am moving to a different state, so have to downsize my 2 story home a lot, so I have been getting my exercise every day!

I like to walk...I took a nice walk tonight with my husband and my dog. I also like to play some of the games that you dance to on playstation or xbox.

I enjoy walking for exercise, especially this time of year. It's a great low impact workout, and I always feel refreshed.

Hello  I walk for both the fun and exercise. ;D I just love to walk and clear my mind. I'm exercising without realizing it because I'm having fun. I like looking at the scenery and enjoying the view. :D Walking is a great way to exercise and to relieve some stress.  :)

I walk/jog sometimes for health, but I haven't been working out at all lately.
Of course, Hubby and I were going to ride bicycles today but it just started storming outside. Raining, thunder... so much for riding bikes.

If I'm walking without a destination, then it's exercise.  I don't like walking, so it's definitely not fun for me.  I also run and that's usually fun for me.  I prefer moving fast, walking just seems so slow.  I had to walk to school when I was younger, so that's probably the main reason why I don't like walking for exercise.
