I can't imagine what the families of the 3 victims who died, are going through as well as the well being of those who sustained injuries. According to the news yesterday, 2 more bombs were found that didn't go off. But, this morning on the paid to click news, the Governor of the state acknowledged that there were no other bombs that was discovered besides the 2 that went off.( The authorities need to get their facts straight before they released them to the public). But there were 304 survivors. Hopefully the people who did this will do the right thing and turn themselves in.  :(

I doubt that anyone capable of this horrible crime would "do the right thing!"

The more that I heard about what happened in Boston the angrier I got. It is incomprehensible how some people can be so bent on destruction and how little they value human life. That bomb was meant to kill and maim as many people as possible - they didn't care if that meant children would be killed or athletes would lose their legs or the sheer horror of it all would terrorize thousands.  Each time something like this happens it is another rude awakening (especially to Pollyanna types like me) that there is true evil in the world and that it doesn't matter who you are or where you are - we are all susceptible.  So scary and disheartening.

Agree with everyone, for us was a little scary, my brother's fiance ran on the marathon and my bro went with her, and when we heard about the explosions we were scared, but she had cross the finish line about 1 hour before, she was #218, with 3 hours and 7 minutes, they were still around waiting for their other friend when they heard the explosions, they were at a cafe about 2 block away, but were able to go back to their frieds house before they close everything.

My heart and prayers are with all the victims this is HORRIBLE, the families of the 3 dead , my heart and prayers go to them.  My prayers are on High alert for the victims on the hospital and out, may they find some sort of peace.

It is such a horrible thing that has happened yet again.  What can we do to make this world better for our children.  It is just getting worse and worse. I don't want my children to be scared to live.

I lived not far from this area and have relatives that live in that area. This was such a devastating thing to hear about!  I spent 4 hours on my cell calling people back there to make sure everyone was ok. I am so sorry for the losses and I am praying so hard for the injured and their families and also praying for the whole city of Boston. I would like to thank all the responders for their help. God Bless Boston! :peace:  We all feel the grieve that you are all going thru... very very sad. I KNOW they will catch whoever was involved in this devastation!

what is going on with poeple have they all gone crazy????  why do so many want to hurt everyone ... i just dont get it ...the usa is in so much sorrow and sadness from all this bs

Why? Because those lowlife scumbags do it for their own benefit. :angry7: The lives of sentient beings mean nothing to them. They are inhumane. These kinds of threats and tactics against humanity is getting too old. Whoever is the culprit will truly feel sorry what waits for them after death. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRvnz_DS8JA

This is so horrible to read and to see this kind of thing happening...no regard for the lives of others...it seems like people are going back in time stuck so deeply in the years where others are tortured...and not moving into an era where all life is considered sacred....the horrors these people must feel make me sad.....I hope they soon catch the person responsible for this horrific act against humanity......my heart goes out to the victims and their families....
