RadioLoyalty Question
« on: April 13, 2013, 10:43:53 pm »
I just had a captcha that, despite typing in exactly what was on the screen, it kept saying it was incorrect.  I refreshed to see if that would solve the issue and the same thing happened with that one.  I refreshed once more and finally it accepted my answer and gave me my credit.  It's just weird cause I entered it exactly as it looked and yet nothing the first two times.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?  What are we suppose to do if that happens cause I really don't want to get banned from their service because the captcha doesn't take my answer despite it being what should be entered.

From my experience, I've noticed that the "L" and "1" looks almost exactly the same. I've also noticed that sometimes, it is case-sensitive. Hope that helps.

That happens to me sometimestoo, even when I type in the right code. When that happens,I type the code in once more, and if it doesn't work the second time,I just get a new code. The new code usually works. Also, the number 1 and lower case L are identical.I jusy guess at those.

The capthcha pops up after listening for 10 minutes. If you change stations then the 10 minutes starts over but a new captcha pops up every 10 minutes of continuous listening and you get credit each time you submit a new captcha code.   Hopethis helps.

I have the experience of the thing 'restarting' on its own without giving a new 'captcha'... I have really not investigated just what is going on with that but I am positive that you get NO CREDIT when that happens. The only solution I have found is to just close out the radio link and start anew... don't know if that might help anyone but there she is...

When it tells me it's wrong, it's usually the number one, or the letter el. I just change from one to the other because I can't always tell the difference. If it's still wrong, you can refresh it, and it's usually better then. Good luck.  :D

Ok, thanks all.  It just bugged me how the first time I attempted this offer it gives me an issue.  I'd hate to have barely used it and yet already have a problem.

ALL of them?? The Oldies one has some feel-good classics:)

Either way, at least there's still the mute option
