I am sorry I just posted something "Celebrate breast cancer" when to view it and it was tagged remove.  could someone explain why. I did mention a program name but hope this would not be the reason.  I posted it under all topics unrelated to FC? :BangHead:

Your post is still there, so I was able to see it.  Maybe it was tagged because of the link you provided?  Not sure.   :dontknow:

It might be that. I also went to check her post and it's still there. Only thing is, the first link just says 'http://' and the second one doesn't work when you click it but that's because it's not in the proper format and doesn't have a (.com) or (.net) at the end of it. I also have no idea why Admin/Staff would bother modifying those links since they are related to breast cancer and breast cancer survivors. I've flagged several posts in the past that had links in them and they never got deleted and the links were never 'removed' even though they were more 'harmful' to FC and completely violated the Forum rules. Others have added referral links in their posts and those were never deleted either. The only posts that Admin has bothered with are posts that included email addresses. So, who knows. I think that 'Sharg' may be referring to the '[X] Remove' button which is located under each of our posts...in case we change our mind about a post we submitted and we want to delete it. We always have the option to edit or remove our own posts. If Admin really wasn't happy with her thread/post, he would've just locked it or deleted it, so I don't think 'Sharg' has anything to worry about.  :)

I think you are right. I have seen a lot of people asking why their posts say they are going to be removed, when in all reality, it's just a remove button for them to remove their post themselves.

Here is a pic of the remove button. If this is what you are talking about, then that is on all your posts, so you can delete them if you don't want them any more.
