FC Surveys crediting wrong amount
« on: April 09, 2013, 03:09:53 pm »
Lately when I take an FC Survey, the amount that it displays I will get for that survey is not the amount credited to my account. I took one yesterday that credited only $1.00 to my account when it said I would get $1.50. Earlier in the week I took surveys worth 3.20 and 1.10. They credited only 3.00 and 1.00. Why is this?

I honestly wish I had an answer to this but I can say that I have taken surveys a lot on this site and I have always been credited on time and the right amount too. However, sometime last week, I noticed that a survey was listed as 1.50 but I got credited only 1 and I am suspecting that this might be the same survey that you are talking about. I actually took it with a grain of salt and assumed it was a listing error by FC and maybe that was not really the amount intended for the survey. I am hoping that it's a blip and it shouldn't continue. If you really want to go through the trouble anyway, I will suggest that before you take a survey you can take a screenshot of the page indicating how much it claimed you will get paid and then you can have a legitimate case when you want to log a support ticket.

I had this same problem. The other day I completed an FC Survey that was supposed to be $1.20 or $1.10. Within several minutes, I was only credited just $1.00. It made me think something was not right.

I have not have the issue, but I would not surprise me.  I think FC needs to look into this, but I have a feeling that is has to do with the Survey creditors themselves and not with anything that FC might be doing

Just to support our argument, I decided to give this a try and this is what was on my FC surveys page before I took this survey today

Fun Beverage Study  (25mins)      Get $1.30

This is the amount I was credited. I will log a support ticket towards this so that it can be resolved.

FC Survey: Fun Beverage Study   2013-04-10         $1.00

Perhaps FC support will know? You can try submitting a support ticket: https://www.fusioncash.net/tickets.php?new=1

I have not had that problem yet but I also do not qualify for many surveys. Last month, I did a survey and completed it. I was to be paid $1.00. At the end, I was told that I qualified for additional questions which would pay me additional money. i can not remember how much more. I said yes. It took me about 15 or so minutes to answer the additional questions. I did get my $1 credit for the first half of the survey but never got additional money. I let it go but I wish that I had opened a support ticket.

I would open a support ticket just to find out why this is happening. You might even get some additional money from doing this.

Now that is sooo weird! I had never experienced that until just now when I took a 'FC Survey' and realized the survey I qualified for was supposed to credit $2.10 and I received $2. That's truly a first! And it happens the day after you started this thread. No idea what's going on....whether it's a glitch or the wrong amounts are being typed next to each survey. On the other hand, I only lost 10 cents....so I'm not too bothered. It would be a totally different story if I had been promised $3 and only received $1.50.  :)
There must be something wrong with them. I have never gotten credited anything other than quoted before either. I wonder who is messing this up....Fusion Cash or the survey companies? These two I just took were supposed to be $2.10 and $1.40, but I only got $2 and $1.

This happened to me today for the first time. Survey stated amount was for 2.10 and I got credit for 2.00. No biggie but was a little strange.

Same here Motor Vehicle Product was supposed to be $2.10 but I got credit with only $2. So that means I lost $0.10. I'd say there must be a glitch in the system or something. Hopefully, this will get fixed.
