Did you know the Wesley Snipes was in prison and just released.

Yeah, he was in prison due to some tax situation, but was released and is already being cast for a new movie, boy that Hollywood is something else isn't it.  The man just got released from prison, but he has a job, hey I'm not mad at him :-).

I had heard about it.  It happens quite often.  But Wesley Snipes is a good actor.  It goes to show you that you should pay your taxes when you are making millions of dollars.

I agree that actors should pay their taxes.  Our working dollars are paying them when we pay to watch their movies, so no matter how rich and famous, pay up like the rest.

I heard about him in the news for going to prison for not paying his taxes.

I think he was getting ready to make another "Blade" movie when the tax evasion charge came up.  Is that the movie he is getting ready to work in now?  I really enjoyed the first "Blade," the second one not so much, the third better than the second.

Sure did but he should of known better and then gonna flee some people just do not understand, In your life you need to pay taxes and die. That's it and that's all. I know alot of people who have worked under the table but there is no way getting around it. You will pay it one day down the road.

LOL... any of you in here parroting the mantra, "... should pay his taxes", PLEASE cite me the statute, code,or  "law" anywhere that says a private sector man or woman owes any "income tax"! You can't because you've all been had!
The IRS is scam.

I give Snipes props for standing up to the scam... as well as Joe Banister, Sherry Jackson (Peel), Tommy Cryer (RIP), and all those who have stood up and demanded that the IRS SHOWS THEM THE LAW!

Actually, the law that requires an individual to pay income taxes is established under Title 26 of the U.S. Code. Snipes broke the law, and he went to jail.
