I'm very concerned for the United States economy .The has been so many bad spending in gov't that I really feel if something doesn't change. The United States will be the poorest country in the world. How do you think we can change it. I'm American, but living in Canada. But truly worry about my homeland.

I don't think that boosting the economy is as important as cutting back on unnecessary spending.  I think that we waste altogether way too much money on other countries, illegal immigrants, and useless programs.  We weren't in this mess before we started offering welfare programs, discounts on schooling to illegals, no child left behind programs, bailing out horribly run large corporations and engaging in military action on behalf of other third world countries.  In days gone by so many of these things would have been thought to be crazy.  People lived on the darwinian principal of the strong surviving and carrying their own weight. When I was down and out I got up and took the first job available, grabbed a second job because I knew that my family depended on me. We need to help people to help themselves...not pay them to milk the system.

Get rid of the corrupted politicians who are spending mindlessly and giving money to banks who aren't hiring people period.  And now that they have screwed up they want to take the money from Social Security and Medicare.  These are monies that people have worked more than 30 years to accrue and now they want to play Russian Roulette with it.

First and foremost, a President who isn't a socialist.  A President who will uphold his OATH to the Constitution (and that goes for the rest of the rotten politicians out there).  We no longer have a 2-Party system.  What we have is money-hungry mongrels that will stop at nothing to get what they want, no matter WHO or WHAT they take down in the process!  It's now turned in to a game of "who's going to CONTROL the PEOPLE first."

If we cut back the unnecessary spending and had people pay the taxes they owe, I think this issue could be solved very quickly.  I don't know how this actually goes, but I get tired of hearing those commercials about people owing the IRS and having their debt reduced kinda frustrates me.  Again, I don't know how they resolve this debt, so perhaps the full amount is paid, but it sorta bugs me how the commercials make it sound.  Especially when the person owes a ton of money.  A few thousand isn't a big deal but when someone owes close to a million and it gets wiped away, I feel like they are cheating the system and those who actually pay their taxes.

You and I both are "worried about the homeland" and the only way to change it IS A NEW PRESIDENT!!!!  Since this guy has been in office he has caused nothing more than destruction in every facet of this government.  If We the People don't throw him out of our WHITE HOUSE we WILL NOT HAVE A REPUBLIC ANYMORE - ONLY A COMMUNIST NATION WITH A TRAITOR AT THE HELM.  A REPLAY OF HITLER!!!!

The only way I can see to boost the economy is a change in leadership not only with the President but with the whole legislative process.  Get rid of the ridiculous laws that inhibit a business from operating to make a profit and just encourage our people and companies to support United States companies.  Right now all the smart money is going to where people can make a profit and it sure is not in the United States.

The problem is that we the little ordinary people do not know the whole truth about anything therefore we can't find the valid solution for our problems. We know what we hear in the news but how good the news are.I think that these who are the creators of the problem should find the solution to. We the little people always end up fighting for something we did not do. I just know that this wont help us at all.

Stop allowing illegal immigrants in this country. Also stop allowing illegal immigrants to get help based program. Reforms. There is too much fraud with welfare, food stamps, and other programs designed to help needy families. We need to stop helping other countries as well.
