My balance has changed without any indication why.
« on: March 27, 2013, 08:36:58 am »
I have been a member since 2-20-13. Yesterday I had a balance of $20.79 today I have a balance of $15.85. Why would my balance change like this and is there anything I can do about it? I was so excited about getting close to my 1st withdrawal and if this happens regularly for some reason I don't see myself using this site if the money I earned gets taken away with no info as to why.

You can submit a support ticket and ask why. Sometimes an offer reverses after approval, so then they take back the credit. But it seems strange that it would go down that much. The admins should be able to help you when you submit the ticket, since they can check your account and see what's going on. (Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "support".)

If have taken surveys, some of your credits may have been revoked if you some of your answers were inaccurate or not completely honest. Also the survey companies may decided that they didn't need someone with your profile after all. This has happened to me a few times and it's frustrating. I know. But don't give up. Keep putting in the effort and your balance will increase. Good luck. I hope things get better.

Well I only use correct info on all offers I complete. And this is not my 1st paid site I have used and with the other sites I have never had my earnings revoked like this and the few times there was an issue they at least sent me an email or a message through the site I was using letting me know there was an error with the site and/or offer I completed. Depending on what reasons I get from my support ticket I just may stop using this site. I really thought it had potential but with problems like this happening so close to my 1st payout something seems fishy.

I would submit a trouble ticket to fusion cash to find out I am guessing you completed a survey or an offer that you were credited for and later it was revoked.  Fusion cash should be able to explain what happened to you.  Good Luck

Like everyone else said, submit a support ticket.  It really is a god site and I don't understand what happened.  Maybe the survey was revoked for a reason, if you send in a ticket they will be able to tell you what happened.  Good luck.

Trust me this is not a normal occurrence i have been a member for around 4 months now.  I have had a survey that i used correct information on be revoked but its because they chose not to use the information.  It sounds almost like their was a glitch with your 5 dollar sign up bonus.

This sort of thing is definitely not a normal thing here. As others have said, it seems that it may be an issue with a survey....perhaps you rushed through one a little quicker than the survey company would have liked (they do take that into consideration). Please keep us posted on your support ticket.

Did you scroll down to see if anything has been denied on your account page? It would be in red on the right if anything has been denied.

Yeah I finally found what was wrong an offer I did about dog owner survey for $5 was denied after I had received credit. Dont know why they denied me or why they took the cash back that really sucked! This is the 1st time on any paid offers site that this has happened. I have looked around for why this would happen & it seems that if they didnt need my profile type or some B.S. like that they can deny people. I guess there is a 1st time for everything.

That particular survey (and many other $5 payout surveys) was a "two part" survey.  With those, you get credited after completing "part 1" but it gets revoked down the line if you do not complete or do not qualify for "part 2".  That's why some members kept credit and some did not.  There should be a disclosure about the two part survey when one is listed on the site or sent via email.

Or better yet, perhaps one should receive credit AFTER completing both parts. That's pretty discouraging and frustrating to think you completed and got credit for a good survey, but didn't realize there was a part 2, or didn't qualify for part 2 and then have the credit revoked.

It's unfortunately a limitation of the tracking systems used by the survey providers.  There is a disclosure about the 2-part nature of the survey on the following places:
1) FC Surveys page, under the survey name
2) In the invite email, if one is sent
3) Underneath the credit entry on the FC Surveys list of credited surveys.
4) In the offer credit notification email

I just added another warning about it on the credited offers list on the "Account" page.
I know this is not ideal but again it's out of our hands.

Yeah, that is what I don't like about those kinds of surveys. Sometimes you never get the follow up email to do the second part, so obviously you were eliminated after the initial crediting. But it's not really fair because you still take a fairly long survey with some of those, so you should be able to keep the first money they give you, even if they do weed you out of the second part.
