Forum log in

I use firefox.  I can log into my account but when I go to the forum page it says I am a not logged in.  I am usin EI to do this post.  Help I like firefox over EI.

I am confused. I changed from IE to Firefox with no problems concerning FC at all. Might want to check your Form account setup. I think that option is in your account page somewhere. Not sure. Maybe in Profile on the Forum page.

I think IE is the recommended browser for FC. Not sure. I'm not familiar with FireFox so i'm really no help! :/ Sorry...

I use Internet explorer and have never had any problems.

I suggest using Google Chrome for fusion cash because that's what I use and I never have any problems with anything crediting or anything logging me in or etc.  I've had problems with Internet Explorer in the past and to me I think it's uselessly slow when being used as a browser for fusion cash or anything else.  Firefox would come in second for me if I had to use another browser but there were a couple times I had issues with offers showing up or offers crediting.  As soon as I switched to Google Chrome all of the problems disappeared.

I use Firefox for FC to run Radio Loyalty on my XP Desktop.  I do not have any problems clicking on the forum and getting into it from Firefox.

What happens when you login (again) to get into the Forum?  Can you go back to FC and come back into the Forum again without logging in again?


I also use IE to access FC for the paid email (on my laptop) and generally do the videos on the laptop with IE because IE sets up the video ad as an additional tab on the FC window.  Firefox sets them up as a separate window -- which I find harder to manage.

You've been on FC for more than a year.  Have you always had this problem with Firefox?  (ie since you started using Firefox).  If you've used Firefox in the past and not had this problem, when did the problem start?  Did you make any changes in your PC system or your FC profile that might have resulted in this glitch?

I didn't see anything in either the Forum profile or the Account details that related to login options for the forum.  That doesn't mean there isn't something somewhere, just that I didn't see anything in those 2 places.

I use Firefox and Google chrome most of the time and IE occasionally. There really is no recommended browser or even one that is the best to use.

I use Firefox too, and I haven't had a problem. So far..

Try changing to secure login when you first log in to FC. That might help.

I never use IE I hate that particular browser, and if you download the FC tool bar it downloads for IE and Firefox, so it should not be an issue, I suggest you check your security options.  I use my laptop at work and they have block some sites, I cannot even use my hotmail account on firefox but have no issues on chrome, which is what I have been using for a while.

Try unstalling and reinstalling the browser sometimes that works as well.

I have no problem using Firefox to login to forum.  May be need to reopen it again.....good luck

Hi, try Opera which is what I am using now. never had problems. Are you sure you check the box to stay logged in all the time? another browser you can try is Frock.
