Hi Junior60, seems like some of your offers you complete is expire. Have the offer you complete reach to 180 days? Remember 180 days(6 months) some of the money will be gone. You can cash out once reach to $25 (min. $15 offers not include bonus)I would suggest to cash out as soon as possible.

I agree, you probably did not cash out in the 180 days and some of your offers have expired.  If you have the $25.00 now, I would cash out ASAP so you don't lose any more.

I would cash out immediately. It definitely sounds like your money is expiring. As long as you are cashed out, the money will not expire.

Sometimes if you get credit for an offer and for some reason the sponsor feel as though you didn't fulfill your obligation, they will take back the money you received. For example, if you download and install some software to complete an offer, but then decide 2 days later to uninstall it. the may take back the money you received. However, as long as you are fulfilling your obligation to the sponsors and FC there is no reason for them to take money from your account.

I am guessing some of your things are over 180 days old you lose anything over 180 days so you should cashout every few months to keep from losing money.  Good luck and hope you can cashout before you lose to much.

OUCH! That hurts. Would definitely keep an eye open and see where it is going. Some of this is fun but for the parts that are not the money is what makes it worth doing. Sorry to hear this.

Check your account page and scroll down to the bottom of your credits.  If any of them are between 150-180 days old, they will have a red notice above them saying they will expire in "x" number of days.

If you have any of those, suggest that you submit a cash out request today.  When your cash out is accepted, all of your credits go into a pending cash out mode and will not expire while you wait for your cash out (payable April 20).

If you do not have any red notices, then some of your credits probably were reversed.  Check through your account listing and see if you see any reversals.

All your cash out history is in your account.  Find out why is been deducted to your account.  They will show you how much money they taken out and why.  Wish you good luck.  I agree with other member.  As soon you reach your cash out.  Cash it out ASAP to prevent the expired payment.  Because it will be gone after 180 days.
