Oh no...now your kid wil also be craving pancakes when he's born. Better to add some veggie cravings as well.

I often crave really bad food. Cheetos, Doritos, candy, pickles, ice cream.  Right now my favorite craving is the Reese's Peanut Butter eggs. They are so peanut buttery. Also the Sweetarts jelly beans are pretty tasty. Easter hurry up and be over!

Never had any cravings, which was a good thing since we didn't have anything open in the little village i lived in. The few business that were there rolled up the carpet at 5pm. Since i cooked for 3-15 people most of the week i just never wanted anything. Too tired i think. Summers were really busy on the ranch and farm. Winters were for hauling feed and water too the cattle and always fixing fence. Also taking care of a child or two.

Now that I'm dieting, most of my cravings are for the foods I don't eat much anymore.

I love pancakes and never get tired of them. I can't remember too many pregnancy cravings because I was sick during both pregnancies. One thing I could not stand either time was coffee or tea, couldn't even stand to smell them, but as soon as my boys were born, I wanted coffee and tea again almost immediately. They were 7 years apart and I had this idiosyncrasy both times.

I have cravings for peanuts, chips, etc. all the time (and I'm not even pregnant; of course a guy too). The fact of keeping my impulses down and thus keeping my weight generally down is a miracle to a degree.

I'm 9 months pregnant and I usually get hungry but I never really had any strong cravings...At one point I saw people on TV eating pancakes and I felt like them also but the cravings never got strong.

I have never been pregnant and that is a good thing since I am a guy. lol  But yes I do get cravings sometimes and it can be absolutely anything that I end up craving.  If you are craving pancakes then I can understand craving IHOP because those are my favorite pancakes ever.

Well I am happy to report that I finally had my pancakes from IHOP and the craving for them has ceased. I'm sure a new one will pop up somewhere and sometime soon. I'm 31 weeks and still have plenty time. They had this really great combo deal: bacon and eggs with banana caramel pancakes. SOOOOO good. :D
