How you cook matters ,too ..... Now I only grill, broil , and roast .....Toast to that ,it still taste very good .
I limit red meats ,though ....mostly just fish , chicken , turkey , tuna
Is there anything else ??????   :thumbsup:

Frying has become a thing of the past for me. I have also stopped breading any of my food. Never realized that things taste just as good grilled, baked or broiled. I have also added more chicken to my diet but I still love my steak though.
