Pic Proof Bonus

Just got my payment the other other day and posted my pic proof which was denied the same day (March 19, 2013), and haven't had my support ticket responded to yet. As far as i know the picture fit in all the requirements and it hasn't given me a chance to re-upload the pic. So far I'm not a fan of this new system

About to post a payment pic. Wondering what problems people are having. Never done one under the new system. What is proper procedure?

I used the new system just the other day and actually did have to attempt it twice but for me it was still easier than previously. You do have to make sure you have filled in one of the radio buttons to indicate which payment you are planning to post for, and don't forget as you are looking at them they are dated by the date of the request, not the day of the payment, that confused me at first thinking that the most recent was not actually on the list to choose from.  I am paid through paypal, so opened the details of the transaction, took my screen shot, pasted it into MS Paint than cropped it and saved it, when I came back then I could browse and find the cropped version, and it uploaded as opposed to what it used to do and tell me that the image was too big. The really cool part was that below where you do everything, once it is accepted, there is a notification that assigns a number to indicate that it has been accepted which looks like it will carry on going forward and then later in the day I got an email notification that it had been accepted as well. That part was really nice and very pro active so we won't have to sit around waiting until the payments are supposed to hit and if we did something wrong, have to miss out or start all over again. Keep searching through the forum topics to see if anyone else has posted any additional hints. We have to think it through the way a techno person would not how the average person on the street would. Not necessarily fully intuitive , if you think of it backwards or slightly difficult then you will probably be correct and it will accept. Remember we generally have to think or work just a little to get paid.

Admin said that a bunch of pictures were getting denied because they were already credited in the old system. When I go to the new payment posting page, I saw my payment from the last three months, but I could only do the last one. The other two I was already credited the $1 for in the old system.  Are you making sure you are submitting it under your most recent payment and that you haven't already gotten the $1 for that picture.

i use ashampoo snap 5, take my screen shots as i get my payment through paypal, crop and save. i used to have to upload to imageshack and then post but it wasn't too difficult, it seems like my sanpshot fell within the required parameters but i was still denied, i don't know exactly why

What is the new system for posting your payment of your check when received.  When I tried to post it on the old system it was always too big. Thanks for your assistance

HATE the new system, have wasted too much time trying to get pic submitted whereas I never had a problem submitting before.  If I can't get pic posted within next few min's I will be giving up until it's made more user-friendly.

Having a problem with this pic proof new system. Either snaggy is saying something about ooops can't do my request and the posting is a major problem. I see only 9 people have been able to post. Admin there is a problem here when many can not post their payment. A little help Please?

I already cask my paycheck yesterday, I will try to post my next paycheck next time,maybe I will figure it out how to do it. Because now I clearly needs help of how to do it but my spouse don`t have time to help yet.
