This is like the 4th time this has happen to me, I qualified fir a survey and I still have not seen my funds credited to my account. For instance i just completed 2 surveys about an hour ago and it still has not credited my account.
Did you clear your cookies and temp files before you started the first survey?
When you qualified for and completed the first survey, did you get a page saying: congratulations or thank you for completing the survey?
Did you keep that page open for at least 10 minutes and check your account page periodically to see if credit showed up in your account -- BEFORE you moved on to the next survey box?
Did you clear you cookies and temp files after the 10 minute wait before you started the 2nd survey?
There are some survey sites that imho have better communication procedures which result in better crediting percentages. That will depend as much on how reliable your ISP server is as well as theirs. When you find a survey site that credits well for you, (or doesn't), adjust your efforts accordingly.
I don't qualify for surveys very often so I rarely try for a 2nd survey if I've qualified for and then completed one. But, yes, occassionally, even after holding the congrats page open for more than 10 minutes, I haven't gotten credit. Bummer. But water off a duck's back. Maybe next time.
