reading radio royalty and offers
« on: March 16, 2013, 06:43:05 am »
Hi,

Am just wondering why every time that I write on the forum about any subject that most of my posts states that  either it says remove with an x by it and it doesn't ever say thanks, quote or anything else why is this.  Today the radio loyalty isn't working along with internet explorer or even with mozilla I think there is something wrong with the station or fusion cash.  Thanks for any assistance you can give to this matter. :(

The red X by your screen name is nothing to fret. It is just there to give you the option to remove your post/reply. Don't worry. You do not see any thanks because you have not been thanked yet. I will thank you now and it should say something like "this person has been thanked 1 time(s)". The radioloyalty is usually pretty good. What is the problem with it? In other words, could you be more specific regarding the issue you are experiencing with it?

I have been seeing several who have stated they live in The USA and can't use Radio Loyalty and even one from Canada said the same thing. I do know Radio Loyalty says it works in the USA but some of us cant use it. As it says it is not available in this country. Can anyone help us?

I'm not having any problems with Radio Loyalty (except for the occasional Adobe Flash crash).  I'm using a Firefox browser.

Someone else commented on getting a statement that "this offer is not available in your country" -- and presumedly the person is in the US.  Another member suggested that his ISP may be using a proxy which causes the RL system to view the ISP's country as unidentifiable or from some place other than an accepted country.

I used ipchecking.com  to verify my ISP address. It confirmed that the company provided the service is  located in Virginia, USA for Verizon FIOS. It also tells me that this is a "pool" so that being in a "pool" doens't in itself preclude Radio Loyalty from accepting me.

Ipchecking tells you what your IP address is in the upper right hand corner.  Just enter your IP address in the white box and click the arrow to get your ISP location and some other information.

You can also google "IP identifier" and explore the various sites that come up.
The first one I used didn't do anything, but ipchecking.com gave me the information I expected.

Not sure what would show up if you were using a public computer or hot spot wifi connection.  Since those connections are not recommended for Fusion Cash connections, (they are contrary to the TOS), I would hope no one is using them for Radio Loyalty either.
