I completely avoid eating sugar and I like the taste of honey.  Neither is that good for you in excess but I think honey is a little less harmful.  Agave and Stevia are my preferred sweeteners and they both taste good.

I like both but it depends on what I will be using it for though; I do use sugar more than honey

I guess honey more - use both but use them in different ways. I use honey to bake a lot of stuff, like it on biscuits and use in place of syrup sometimes on pancakes and waffles. Don't use too much regular sugar but bake with it in stuff I don't use honey in.

This is interesting...it depends on what I would use either of them for. Personally I am not the "sweet tooth" type of person. When I use sugar in baking I always use less then what is asked for. I use sugar in my coffee bu even coffee for me is rare. I don't like tea and can't even stand the smell of honey in tea so I don't use it there! I have baked with honey a few times for healthy dog treats for my dog. In general I would say I prefer sugar over honey I guess as I use it more. Really the only thing I use honey for is with chicken fingers or nuggets, that pair is delicious  :)

I use sugar mostly for everything on a regular basis.  As for honey, it is good on toast with butter. Supposed to be good for you also.  I know it does work if you heat it just a little for a cough or sore throat.

We use honey for everything, no sugar. It takes some getting used to when you are substituting it in recipes that call for sugar, since the texture is different. But it is healthier, and you dont' have to use as much of it, since honey is twice as sweet as sugar.

I like honey in my tea or coffee but I'd rather bake with sugar.

Well, I'm not too much of a sugar or honey consumer, however, I'd say I use sugar most of the time. Since I don't cook, I can't say I use honey on recipes or baking, but I use some honey on certain meals, not as a cooking process, but mainly as a sort of dressing. If I have to sweeten stuff, I use what's available in the house at that time, we try to keep the unrefined brown sugar kind, but sometimes there's only the fine white one, so I'll use any. I try to stay away from substitutes all the time, because thank Goodness I'm not diabetic, I don't have to use substitutes, and I stick to the cane sugar.

I certainly like honey more than sugar. I dont have a sweet tooth, so I use honey moderately, and mostly use stevia in my coffee or tea.

Usually just use sugar or Splenda. Only 3 or 4 tspn. per day in coffee. Thinking of trying Stevia but there are several brands and forms so not really sure which one.
