Chicken. I add it to salads, put it on bread, eat it by itself....I think I buy mainly chicken!

 i like them both i enjoyed cooking with all kinds of  meat.

I enjoy a good cut of beef but I prefer chicken.  I believe I could eat chicken everyday!  I like it about any way you can fix it.  My husband prefers beef so we try to reach a compromise but no way is he gonna eat anything but a thick steak every saturday night.  Its a ritual with him!

I prefer chicken over beef. We prepare chicken in so many delicious ways. I eat beef on infrequent basis.

I like beef but I will eat chicken 7 days a week. There are so many ways to prepare it. My favorite is grilled on top of a sald.

i like both, but i eat chicken a lot more, just because it's so
versatile in so many recipes. i'm always looking for new beef
recipes though, because i do get sick of chicken!

i love fish and pork loin, too, so i try to mix it up.

We like both of them as well as pork and fish.  We have been eating more chicken than beef since we are trying to eat a little healthier.  There are so many different ways to fix chicken and pork.

i don't eat red meat i eat chicken pork seafood it has been 10 years since i have had red meat i had got a worm from eating red meat they don't know weather i got it from meat from a grocery store or from a restaraunt i can tell you it was painful and took over a year for it to finally go away

  I LOVE BOTH, I HAVE CHICKEN AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK, AND HAVE BEEF THREE TIMES A WEEK, AND FISH THE OTHER  TWO DAYS. VERY SELDOM EAT PORK. BACON IS THE CLOSEST TO PORK AS I WILL GET,,,LOL BACON IS PORK,,
