Radio Loyalty Offer

I really want to do the radio loyalty offer, but everytime I try to, I get this cute little message that says that "this offer is not available in your country"..I'm just in the U.S. lol. Did this happen to anyone else?

Would you happen to be connecting to the web through a Proxy?  Many free proxies are through other countries, which in turn would give you a non-U.S. IP address (basically shielding your REAL IP address.)

Have had no problem connecting only thing is if it is to late like 10pm it doesn't give a code after 10 minutes otherwise fine in the us also ca. i have internet explorer don't know if that has anythung to do with it.

I want to do this to but everytime I start listening to it the captcha comes up but it will not let me enter the captcha I went thru with my FB acct. and it says using this email address but it just won't let me enter the captcha can anyone help me out?
