Interview

How many of you have had a recent interview for a job?  How would you rate the interviewers on a scale of 1 to 10?  One being worst.  I recently had one and it was more like an interrogation between 2 interviewers.  Ive had my own businesses for 22 plus years and this was an interview where the person with the highest score won the interview.  Never heard of that one

I have only been interviewed four times in my life and I received each job that I interviewed for.  So I guess I would have to give them a 10.

I usually rent an interview book from the library and  go thru the questions, which are the same ones they ask at the interview, but yeah, sometimes it feels like interrogation, but it's always good to be 1 step ahead of the game.
