What is the fastest and safetest way to loose weight. I am trying to loose about 30 to 50 pounds by the end of April. Is it possible and how?

This is a radical change, I know, but my husband became a vegetarian last month, and in just one month he lost 20 pounds! I'm so proud of him for finally making the switch! He doesn't exercise an awful lot, either. Moderate exercise every other day. Hope this was of some help! :)

Actually I am on YouTube looking at the Raw Food Diet. Doctor G. Cousens did a very informative video on 10/08/12 and look for the current videos. A very extreme change from the American Diet but the vegetarian diet could be very good for your health.  Check out these videos.

Detoxify your liver/body and cut out all the artificial ingredients so your body can function properly.  If you have any major health concerns check with a medical professional before starting any radical detox programs.  There are some good teas to help that shouldn't hurt.  :peace:

Get plenty of exercise, eat lots of natural vegetables, and eat poultry meat such as chicken and turkey as opposed to red meat. That will help you loose weight.

The fastest way is to first replace the food in your house with better choices. Give away the ice cream and
purchase some chicken, fish, fruit, nuts, raisins, vegetables, Cheerios, 1% milk 100% whole wheat bread.
Commit to jogging 5 days per week. Eat a fruit and drink water at night.
For snacks grab a zip log bag, mix cheerios, raisins, and nuts.
If you decide to cheat do so during the day not at nights... commit one day only.
All the best!!

Wow I wish I could help but I am struggling to find the right way for me concerning this right now.   :dontknow:  I have lost about 9 lbs over the last 2-3 weeks just by losing my appetite (hubby died recently) but beyond that have been eating only 2 meals and then supplementing that with fruit or a bowl of cereal at night.  Whatever - I am just gonna keep plugging away at it.  My weight loss is always faster if I walk or do water aerobics.

I lost 20 pounds by eating ruby red grapefruit and drinking green tea.  I need to do it now but grapefruit are scarce during the winter and I hope I can find some next month. ;D :D :D

I dont think losing 30-50 lbs in less than a month is a realistic goal...with that being said, I lose 35 lbs in 5 months by taking the bee pollen zi xiu tang. However I believe it has been found to have some unhealthy ingredients. It didn't have any side affects for me but I believe it may cause heart palpitations in some people.

If you stick to a 1200 calorie diet and lots of exercise you might be able to come close to 30 lbs. But that is a lot of weight to loose and stay healthy in such a short time. Be careful and take care of yourself.

My son lost about 30 pound quickly going on the Palio diet. He also exercises every day.  The diet restricts white flour products and cannot eat beans.  The diet does want you to eat meat and veggies.

You have to find a diet that you are going to stay on, lifestyle way to eat.  There are many people that yo yo diet and I don't think that is healthy for you. It messes up the metabolism and there could be other health issues that I don't know about.

I liked the soup and salad diet. I only eat a little chicken in the soup.  I do make my soup stock with chicken.  Lots of vegetables in my diet.  I eat 3 fruits a day. Limit the white flower products that I eat.

Best wishes on the diet that you can stick with as a lifestyle diet.
