used to be an early bird but lately I can't sleep at night and then can't wake up in the morning and I don't like it because it's hard to get anything done.  It's esp hard when I need to be at 1st job usually at 5 am.  My schedule is so messed up, there's no routine, I can't stand it.  Hopefully things change to more normal soon.

I am messed up. I go around the clock over and over again.  Drives me crazy to have to continually try to sleep at night go to bed early instead of constantly  staying up later and later.

Have turned into such a night owl. I like to write and often that's when the house is quietest. But I'd like to get back into a routine where I can get up early - I feel like such a slacker if I'm not out of bed at least by 8 am.
