I'm an early bird.  I guess it's because I'm used to getting up early to go to work.  Now that I'm retired I think my "inside" alarm still gets up early.  Also, my dogs are used to getting up early to go out to "the bathroom", they wake me up early, even if I'm not ready to get up!

Is that a trick question, lol? I'm both a night owl and an early bird depending on my plans for the day.

I like to wake up,I noticed I have lots of energy when i woke up early, which its hard to do it often. I`m still trying to discipline myself to wake up early more often.

I'm a night owl/early bird technically since I can stay up well into the morning. I find myself more active at night. Its been this way since I was a baby.

I've always been an early bird. I can get so much done early in the morning. I always feel better then and have more energy. Mornings are wonderful!!

I so used to b a night owl but it seems the older I get the more I become a morning person.  I cant even make it to the end of the news half the time.  I will be in the chair waiting to hear a news story and the next thing I know its 11:30 and I get up and go to bed.  Thats a good sign your getting old...right? ??? :dontknow: ???
