Pretty much an early bird. I have trouble staying in bed once the sun comes up, or when I hear the birds starting to chirp.

I'm an early bird because I have lots of energy at that time. I also helps to create discipline which is great to have.

Right now a night owl, but I have been an early bird in the past and could be an early bird again all depending on my work schedule.

I am an early bird. When it starts getting light i am up. I uselly only sleep about 6 hours a night. Think it goes back to my childhood and adult as a working person. For the most part i have been at work an hour or two before a lot of people were getting up. It seems like i could get 3 times the work done when i got to work early. Because as soon as everyone else got too work i was always being paged with problems. Even when i was working two jobs was always up early. Just one of those who think time is wasting if i am not up at the crack of dawn. Even in the winter i still get up at the same time as i would have in the summer. Also can set the  alarm and i will wake at least 15 min. before it goes off.
