I joined the swim team again.

I'm so tired and exhausted.

I'm a beginner.

Any tips on how to swim faster? Or have a better stream line?

Sorry, im not much of a swimmer. it take a lot of practice and breathing training.

That's exactly what I struggle with most, the breathing.

I just took up swimming to help rehab a knee that won't let me run anymore. As far as competitive swimming, you have your work cut out for you. My older brother was a swimmer and the time and effort was tremendous, the good news is you get to be in better shape than just about anyone.
