What should you do for wedding anniversary?

I've been busy with work, online college classes, and even Valentines day.  My wedding anniversary was actually on the 24th or Sunday, but my wife said ahead of time that next week would be better to celebrate since we already had a few events lined up on our anniversary.  Whew! Off the hook for a little while at least.   It is our 6th wedding anniversary so it's not a big milestone, but I need to do something.  I have some ideas, but would gladly take any suggestions.  What do you do on your anniversary?
