facing your giants

when King David faced Goliath, who was heavily armed, he had nothing but a slingshot and some stones. he let a stone fly and hit Goliath just right, and after the giant had fallen dead,
David cut his head off. every day, we face giants, and we need to do the same thing that David did: face whatever is looking down at you and taunting you and hit it with a stone and then
cut its head off.

Everybody has giants in their lives. I';ve found out, the best way tio deal with those giants is to invite God in the midst of your challenges. God can help you.

It's amazing how violent they were in biblical times.
The thought of cutting off heads is very disturbing to me.

Pretty much everyone has challenges to deal with. It's obvious we shouldn't run away any time something gets tough, but it's also important to know when to fight and when to walk away. Some things are better left for another day. Anyway, there's a movie called Facing the Giants. It's a good movie.
