No response from support??

I opened a support ticket on the 17th and have not heard back form them yet ... not even an acknowledgement of receipt  The only other time I opened a ticket, they responded right away so I'm not sure what's going on

Give them time....sometimes they are able to answer quickly and other times it may take a while. There's times I've waited more than a month....just have to be patient. There are A LOT of members here at FC.

is your issue something that others might have experienced as well? Maybe searching around the forum posts will lead you to an answer. But if it is something specific about an offer working or not or crediting or not, you probably will have to wait or abandon hope. I have had one open also for a while and when I went to check on it there was a message posted to expect up to 6 weeks for a reply as support is swamped at the present time. I think I checked it on Wednesday so I may have to give up on mine as well. I did do some more poking around on my own and I think I have my situation about 35% fixed on my own just not sure what to do about the remaining 65% so am hopeful to hear something soon. What is the problem? Can you post your problem in support and see if other members can help you? Maybe, some of us have had the same or similar problem. Sometimes he administrator will jump in and respond to a problem posted on the support discussion board.

Or as another member has suggested, do a search in the forum and see if there have been other discussions regarding the same problem.

Also, check FAQ's which you may have already done.

I would think because cashouts are processed around the 17th they would be a bit backed up from then and working through the tickets. Give them a bit more time
