They have a product out there called sun chorella which made me feel like I could conquer anything but I just couldn't afford it than I tried Nopalea challenge no more aches or pains and reduces inflammation, I always take a vitamin everyday, now I am trying Omega Q Plus which is supposed to give me energy but to new to the product and also started energy greens it's a powder you mix with a smoothie or your favorite drink to knew to this product also to notice any difference yet but I have heard about the b-12 will give you a great boost of energy, I take B Complex maybe my system is just immune to all of these lol but I do have some energy vitamins coming from smart vitamin club I hope they work and the banana is a great idea also and drink plenty of water

I was having the same problem. I even got bloodwork/labs done to see if there was something else going on, but everything came back normal. I wish I knew, I am tired all the time and I get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.

Try including more protein rich foods into your diet and green tea, both of these will help your overall energy levels over time in my experience.

Excercising is supposed to give you energy if you have the energy to do it. I used to drink caffeine but drastically cut down.

Be careful of the drugs you put into your body, including caffeine.  I'm not a nutritionist, but I'd suggest orange juice and working out.

What about your diet?  Switching that up may help your energy level.  Just need to find what works best for your body.

Vitamin supplements are important to take, especially if you aren't getting enough of the essential vitamins and minerals from your diet. Exercising regularly can actually help you increase your energy. Apples and peanuts are good sources for energy. Eating an apple in the morning instead of having a cup of coffee will actually wake you up better and you won't have the crash that some people experience which usually has them constantly going back for more coffee. I think green tea is supposed to help with energy too, plus you get the antioxidants.
