I was really surprised to see so many health videos!e harmful. I did watch them and some were informative. Keep playing them and I will watch and find out something that I need to pay attention. The stretcing tip was not what I expected. I don't use weights, but did not realize that stretching could actually be harmful. I wonder if that applies to yoga? Great pointers on vitamins!

I am thrilled to see so many videos -- I have to admit, I don't pay much attention to them, just run them until they credit.  Maybe I'll pay closer attention to the one about stretching -- I didn't know it could be harmful either!
