if you scroll down on your account page it should tell you if an offer or bonus expired, or was denied

If your cashout was denied for some reason, you should have gotten an email saying what the reasoning was. Same goes for a denied credit, if you got money taken away, you should get an email telling you what for.

offers can expire. look at your account to see if any of them expired or were denied so you can get your answers

Offers do expire after you haven't cashed out for 180 days. Some offers get denied for some reason or another. Good luck to you.
