This is a cool idea and I went ahead and added it.  You can now 'Thank' individual posts which you find helpful.  It's the red star next to the quote icon on the right.

Your wish was their command.  Take a look at the top right side of each post.  There's a THANK YOU button.  Coolios!

Great idea.....Fast acting Admin.  For me it will be very useful to just click on "Thank You" when I really do not have anything else to post in the thread.

Admin could you please make an announcement sticky about adding the thanks button to the forum? Since it's new a lot of members may not notice it as quickly. That way people will more readily notice that they can give thanks to a post. Thank you.

Yes that's part of the point tbosworth. If you don't have anything to add to the thread you can just say thanks and the keep the thread more clear. I hope everything uses this idea. Hopefully at some point we will be able to also see how many thanks are given by that member like on other forums too.

It's a good idea and provides incentive to leave more valuable informative posts instead of just replying to someone and giving a few words that are meaningless.  If you actually reply to someone and help them in some form or are very informative you deserve to be thanked and for everyone to be able to see it.  Stuff like this could even have members being requested as "mentors" for this site to be helped with any questions they have.  Let's be honest not all of us are online all the time so for someone to see the most helpful contributors and how many "thank you's" they have it gives a person that is new to Fusion Cash more people to go to for support on the support forums.

Hi. I've seen on other forums where you have the ability to thank a post that helped you in some way. Some of the posts are informative or interesting and I think it would be good to thank the member not just in word, but by clicking a thanks button and showing their total thanks. Also like on some forums you could see how many thanks they gave others.

Admin or Kohler could you please implement this to the site? Of course your posts would and could be thanked as well since you both are considered members of the forum and not just staff.
