What are small things people do in public that annoy you?

It bothers me when people curse in public. Just because you have bad language, doesn't mean I want to hear it. Especially if there are kids around and people are loudly cursing.

This goes for both public and private.... I really can't stand it when people have a lack of manners. Coughing or sneezing without covering your mouth when you're around other people is just nasty. Also, if someone does cover their mouth and then they don't go wash their hands! Not washing your hands after using the restroom. Showing people what you're eating while it's in your mouth is repulsive, so is making noises while you're eating. Is it really that tough to keep your mouth closed while you're chewing? In public, I think it's really rude/inappropriate to stare and point at people or say something about them when they can hear you. If you have something to say about somebody keep it to yourselves if it isn't something nice. People that throw their cigarettes out the car window really make me angry, same with throwing trash out the window. Keep it in your car until you can put it in a trash bin, it won't kill you to hang on to it!

Everything annoys me...if I let it.  But I don't like to be angry all the time.  So whenever I go to Walmart, I say to myself over and over, "my heart is filled with the love of God, my heart is filled with the love of God, my heart is filled with the love of God."

my biggest pet peeve, in public and at home, is when people smack there mouths full of food! eww!
Its also annoying when people pop there gum REALLY loudly. My friend can do it really good and shell do it in the car with the windows up, its seriously ear splitting! I always tell her to cut it out

People on the phone while doing other activities, not fully paying attention to the secondary activity because they are distracted by the phone. Specially when they are paying for something and they take forever because they have to ask several times, how much is it, look in their purse/wallet/pocket for the money or card while taking on the phone, just put the person on the other side on hold for a minute and finish the transaction, then pick up where you left off for goodness sake.

I hate when people throw garbage out of their car windows.  Another pet peeve is talking loud on their cell thinking that everyone else is interested instead of not knowing its just being damn annoying.

   what really drive me crazy is when a kids parent sees someone they know in a store and they stop and are in conversation with others, while there kids are running around the store going nuts and the parent never even looks at them

People who pull out in front of me. I had 2 close encounters yesterday. 2 different vehicles just pulled out in front of me and I had to slam on breaks. then they looked at me like i had done something wrong.

Or they are so busy on their phone they didn't even see that they cut you or someone else off.  Talking and texting, I don't know what it is going to take to get people off the phones.   It is illegal, but they seem to think they can do it and it not impair their ability to drive, walk  and be aware of their surroundings.
