Turkey is quite foreign to me as we did not eat it in my country. I can't say that I really like the taste of turkey. I used to eat a lot of ostrich back home as it's a red meat without any fat and almost tasted like beef.

I like them both, but I am on a health kick too.  Gotta love beef though.  It's not hard to switch if you are diciplined enough.

Here's a quick meal for beef.  I use ground beef, onions and ketchup (sloppy joes), put on a pot to which I add Ramen noodles, pour the sloppy joes over it and added some cheese, which I nuked in the microwave.  Yum!!! ;D :D :icon_rr:

I think Turkey is healthier. It doesn't have as much fat as beef does. I prefer Turkey.    Good luck!

Turkey without question. Just has turkey breakfast sausage for dinner tonight. Healthier and very tasty.

I'll stick with beef. If I die sooner, at least I'll die happy. Sorry, "Chicken place with the cow spokes animal"

We've totally replaced beef with turkey at our house. We like the milder flavor and the heath benefits

I am not much of a beef eater (hubby is though) So i cook with other meats as much as possible. But will give in once in a while and cook  with beef. or he can grill some. Ipefer turkey, then chicken or the lighter parts of pork.Heck he will eat everything i cook except beets and eggplant. And i like eggplant.
