When I was younger I wanted to live in the city so badly.  I thought it would be so exciting.  now you couldn't pay me to live in the city.  the country however is a bit to secluded for me.  my ideal place is a suburb.

I lived in huge cities for 35 years and have over time moved to smaller places til now where I have an acre property about 5 miles out of of Medford Oregon.  The good life.

I have lived in both worlds and I am definately drawn by the attractions of both environments.  So much that even though I live in a metro mess I always try to spend at least a couple of weeks in the country environment.

I would have to choose the country over the city any day.  Peace and quiet

I live in a medium-sized city, so the city isn't too crowded. So I would have to say city. I don't really enjoy the country as much.

I like living in suburbia because it gives you the best of both worlds, county and city. It is easy to commute to the city if you are looking for shows, museums, fine restaurants, and the like but you can have the country right in your own back yard too for those quieter moments.
