Just two? It’s not enough to feed our body’s daily requirement of nutrients. The body will get out of balance. I cannot give up my fruit and veggies. If I can add some nuts, legumes and grains, that’ll be even better. :thumbsup:

Two foods....hmmm, I don't know.  To survive you would need protein and carbs, but you would also need fruits and veggies.  So what 2 foods are there that would have all four things, oops...forgot about dairy.  I thinks a supply of vegetable beef soup and Blueberries or some other high anti-oxidant fruit.
