Do you get paid everytime you post  I do not mean the  $3 for the bonus or the 30 posts

You get paid after doing 30 relevant posts. I think this is a good idea as it helps you to look at posts from Fusion members. Be they good or bad, it helps you to see what others or doing to earn money, or what they think is not earning them money and also maybe what to check out. Like I learned to check out the video about how to use this site, plus I learned other sites to check out etc etc. So yeah post but check out what others or commenting about, and maybe you will find something you learned to post about, or maybe an idea to start a new post.  Have fun and earn some money.

Other than what you just mentioned, you don't get paid for each individual post.

I couldn't say, but I think there is a $3 for valid posts. There is a validations process I believe. See the tutorial vids

You do not get paid per post, if that's what you mean.  You will get the $3.00 after 30 posts, but nothing per post, hope that answers your question.

the onloy time i get paid for posting is when i do 30 post for one monthand thats 3.00

I received my 3.00 for posting which helped put me over the top so I could cash out. Once I get my check I will post it too, and hopefully get another 1.00. It is nice how all this adds up. Again Thank you FusionCash for a great program

No  $3 bonus per calendar month is the max. You have to submit your valid posts through the "paid to post!" link each calender month. Simple process once you've done it once.

Per post? Not at all. You don't get paid for that. Any sort of monetary earning for posting is through the 30 posts 3 dollars bonus.
