Question for the site vetrans about payout

This is my situation:  I recently had a cashout "pending" for $25.30 and was expecting payment around 5-20-09,,,,,,,,,,a week or so went by and all was good UNTILL I noticed that my pending $25.30 had been reduced to $24.30 and was still pending, so, thinking that they would not approve the payment (less then $25.00) I canceled my cashout and added what I had earned after the $25.30 attempt to bring the cashout to over $40.00 but now I have to wait until June 20th?  My questions are this: 1) Would they of approved the first cashout of $24.30 even though the ATTEMPT was made with $25.30? AND 2) why are some of our earnings deducted from our account? Is this NORMAL?

Payments are always pending until you receive your money.

Sounds like you had payment revoked on an offer... scroll down and it will be in red.
