I use dvds when I can get them cheap (for less than a dollar), otherwise I'll just watch anything on you tube or some other site when I can find something interesting to watch. I use to have netflix, but I just ended up not using it enough to make it worth having. Now, if you had a whole family I could see having something like that since its easy to use.

I have DVD, VHS, bluray and free downloads in my house.  And yes I still watch the VHS movies because there are some that you can't  get on DVD.

My favorite choice is the movie theaters, but since we can't do that all the time, my choice is home entertaining, whether it be dvd, bluray, vcr, streaming, etc. even video games. Whatever I'm in the mood to do, I have it. However I'd still like to get me a projector and see if that enhances my experience. But that will have to wait because my next project is to build an HTPC (Home Theater PC), and go from there.

I use DVDs. I have a blu-ray player but blu-ray disks take FOREVER to load!

I love going to the movies, but that adds up too fast for my budget to take it. I usually use my DVD Player, netflix, hulu, or movies I bought digitally from places like Amazon.com. I still have working VHS tapes that run in my DVD/VCR combos, so I occasionally still watch VHS. However, the movies that I recorded onto VHS myself have been dubbed to DVDs using my VHS/DVD recorder.

That's good to know. I haven't used a blu-ray player before, let alone blu-ray disks. That's crazy that they'd take longer. You'd think they'd be faster. I wonder if it varies from player to player.
