I'm under a blanket or comforter alomst year round I don't know even be cold lots of times I just like to be covered..I feel secure and snug if I don't have something to cover my body I'm restless all night and uncomfortable if the air conditioner is on in the summer I sleep like a baby cuz the warmth of my blanet consoles me letting me know its time for bed..do you sleep with a blanket or something  in order to sleep good?

Absolutely Can't sleep without a blanket. Will go with at least a sheet in really hot weather but I too prefer to have the air on or a fan or a window open and then a nice comforter. hmmm now i wish it was time to go to sleep  ;D

I still sleep under a sheet during the summer.  I need something to cover my body.  Rarely can I sleep without something.   It has to be really hot for me to not be covered.  I love heat and I don't use air conditioning (hate it in fact).

My husband likes having a blanket more than I do. Because grew up in a cooler climate than urban LA has, I can't stand the heat.

For me blankets are too hot especially in the summer.  But I must have a sheet to sleep under.

I have to have a huge blanket on me, even in the summer time. I crank the air conditioner up and sleep tight bound in my blanket!! IDK why but I have always been that way.

I have to have a blanket. Just moved from Tucson and had to have one there too. I also have to wear socks to keep my feet warm. I think it's just a mental thing but I do sleep better.

Always a blanket, most always with it completely over my head. I think that was originally to keep the cat from cleaning me in the middle of the night, but I just got used to it.

I cannot sleep without being covered from neck to toe.  If my feet are uncovered I instantly wake up.
