I am from the Columbia,SC, it's rare to see snow here, the funniest thing; is when nearly everyone gets into a panic and decides to clean the  store shelves out,as if the world is going to end. Then afterwards they realize that the snow isn't sticking to the ground and there wasn't any reason to panic at all. lol :sad1:

Hey Pearl,

Im live in a small town called Gaston, SC, but Im from Columbia.. Nice seeing you here on FC and yes you are right about rarely seeing snow here  :(   and yes I'm afraid I'm one of the people who run out and buy  milk
 and bread!!  lol   ;D

You want to see snow:  I live in the northeast and we just had our  second blizzard in 35 years.  People panic and buy out all the groceries. can't blame them when you get a foot or half a foot

The weather seems to have changed everywhere and not for the better. We seem to get extreme storms now instead of normal ones. Crazy!!

Western NC we got ice instead of snow.  The daffodils are up - so spring is around the corner.  But today they are covered with ice and the trees are laden.  Power has been surging all day.

That is not nice to put ice on spring flowers. I hope it does not confuse the plants their. I think N C is beautiful. :notworthy:
