  DO you brush your teeth first. Then eat breakfast. Or do you eat breakfast first, then brush your teeth? I brush my teeth first, then  eat breakfast. I don't feel comfortable doing it the other way around.

I eat breakfast first and then brush my teeth because I brushed before going to bed.  What do you do, brush again?  You have the bacteria from the breakfast food attacking your teeth all day.

However, if I am going out to breakfast, I brush first.

I normally brush before bed and then I will eat my breakfast before I brush again. There are times I will hit up the mouthwash if really needed, especially if I go out to breakfast < could be a brushing as well. This really makes you think about what you should, would and actually do in this situation. I guess I'm in a certain habit and never really thought about it

I brush my teeth as soon as I get up, don't like to have that overnight dry feeling in my mouth. I don't hardly eat breakfast so, that is one of the reasons why also that I brush right away!

brush first because the bacteria from last night of my mouth being closed for about 10 hours will be eaten when i eat breakfast i just feel more clean when i eat after i brush
