Problem taking surveys

This new year I haven't been able to complete surveys or even attempt to complete them! When I click on a daily survey my page goes white and stops loading! I figured it was just a temporary problem but it's the 2nd week into the new year and i'm still having the same problems with all the daily surveys! My flash player is updated automatically so I don't know what the problem could be? What should I do?

Is your computer functioning properly otherwise? Sounds like your computer could need some kind of tune up. Have you tried running "chkdsk"?

I have had a few problems with my videos and survey's loading, but I think Google Chrome is having a overload.  I have the same problems when I am not on the site and I have to run my virus scan and also clean my cookies.

No, not really! :/  I've been having problems with Internet Explorer! IE constantly is "not responding"!

Thanks everyone for your advice!  Going to reset my IE and run a tune up scan right now!

Did you also try using a different browser? I find that 9 times out of 10, if I switch browsers things actually work. I used to have problems with IE, but now I use Firefox all the time because it gives me less problems.
