I eat eggs, and it depends upon the individual.  I have not made an egg salad in a while, and I like to scramble my eggs.  I can see that if you eat too many, there may be a problem.  But I eat 2 eggs per day, and I use eggs in my recipes.

I eat eggs three or four times a week. If you worry about cholesterol only eat the whites but I think they have new studies that say that eggs aren't bad for you. Almost anything in moderation is fine.

LOVEE scrambles eggs! plain or with cheese, salsa, hot sauce anything. I like omelets. But I cannot take plain boiled eggs. My family just eats them like nothing. To me it tastes so dry and the white part is rubbery in my throat  eww.
