Anyone have trouble submitting for credit after doing a survey?

I was on one for around an hour yesterday then got a page down when it told me to submit for credit. Do they have a record of you doing the survey if you don't get that page to go through?  I enjoyed the survey but did hope to earn from it.

I've never heard anything about having to submit for a credit and I've been doing surveys for awhile. What survey company was it through?

It was MySurvey that I just joined and thought would be good.  This is the reply they gave to Fusion Cash who checked on my behalf: "I apologize for the error you encountered. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to test surveys prior to launch, due to the large variety of computers and operating systems that access them, we can never fully avoid errors such as the one you have encountered."

I also had sent them a ticket on their site which they didn't reply to.  I guess they have no way of telling that you even took a survey until yo click on that page I couldn't get to....even after being on there an hour.  It was a survey in which I watched 15 video clips and gave a LOT of opinions between each one and chose which I thought was the best picture of the artist.

I have a new computer, cookies on, Win 7, cache recently cleared.  I'll be leaving them since I apparently can't access that page though in order to claim my earnings.

I received credit for the survey today and this in email from MySurvey:

"We appreciate your participation. Your account has been credited with
points for completing this survey . It looks like you finished the survey
or the survey may have closed or there was another problem with the survey.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your opinion
always counts when you take surveys."

I have try serveral surveys some times, but when i got in the middle of the survey, it says i don't qualify.
so i have not try to do one but, I was shot when i tried to do one today i got qualify what good luck i had.

I received credit for the survey today and this in email from MySurvey:

That's good! At least they followed up and paid you for their mistake.
