how do you get exersie

i go to the mall or to the park and walk for about a hour since my health doesn't let me do anything else and when it is warm enough i go to the beach or to the pool and swim laps

I have a treadmill here at home and try to walk on it every day for at least 30 minutes.

I have a Gold's Gym treadmill at home that I have put quite a few miles on.  I hope to get a bike soon.

How do you get ecersie Well i get it by during house work and playing bowling games on XBOX and the tennis
games on the game console.  :thumbsup:

I get my exercise from cleaning other people's homes for 5 days a week. I get additional exercise via the bicycle ride to and from these houses.......needless to say, by about 6pm I am ready to collapse in bed!

I exercise daily by walking.  Another routine for me is a program called sit and be fit.  It is great for keeping flexible and staying healthy.  I really enjoy it.

I have a treadmill and try to walk on it every day.  It's in my family room so I turn on TV and before you know, either 30 or 60 minutes have passed!  :)  I had a membership in a gym, but really didn't use it much.  I don't know if I was to lazy to get in the car and go there or what so I cancelled it.  Having the treadmill at home is a lot easier for me and I do use it and have got my money out of it.  :thumbsu

Music is a natural energizer for me too.  I'm going to put a tv in view of my treadmill soon so I can watch movies while I work out.  I want to start lifting weights, but I have broad shoulders as it is and don't want to overtone my arms and look masculine.

the usual stuff like walking, running, and practical weight training. Sometimes i just listen to music that is intense/gets me pumped.

I don't too much cuz rod in leg, screws in shoulder, and broken foot that never healed, but I am going to start trying to do some pilates and see how much I can do.

Hiking keeps my heart rate pumping (cardio) in no time which is the best workout for me. I do enjoy walking long distance, however walking briskly on flat sidewalks is too easy which doesn’t offer much challenge.

There are a ton of nice trails where I live. I like to bike and hike them :) If I'm too lazy to venture outside I usually spin on my bike, practice kickboxing, or do some weight training.
