When one of your referrals cashes out you get paid $5.  On the account tab check out the three ways you can earn money from referrals.  It explains things very well.

The person who referred you will get $5 credit when you cash out. If you check out your account page you will find your unique referral link there. You give that to the person you are referring by email ofr on a web page or blog or embedded in a banner. When they click that it will bring them to Fusioncash and when they sign up you will be their refferer. You'd get $1 credit when they sign up, $2 credit after they complete their first offer(over some$ amount .65cents I think) and then $5 everytime they cashout.
